Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time, which will be noted on the product page.

Shipping Rates & Methods

We offer standard shipping via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (additional fees apply)

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $150 (excludes oversized items and furniture)

Oversized & Fragile Items

Large furniture and delicate decor pieces may ship via freight. These items require signature upon delivery and may take 1–3 weeks depending on your location.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. Customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order through your account dashboard.

Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at Flexxdecor@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

Pre-orders & Backorders

Items marked as pre-order or backorder will ship as soon as they become available. Estimated delivery dates are provided on the product page.
